The AI package is made of five features: review checks, reply drafts, topics and sentiment, translations and review summaries. AI suggests; your team decides: it never rejects a review and never sends a reply on its own.

Every text sent to AI has email addresses, phone numbers, ID numbers, IBANs and card numbers hidden first; the model never sees them. There is no AI in the review form; translations and summaries never touch the review's original text or its rating.

## Features

| Feature | What it does |
|---|---|
| **Review checks** | Finds reviews that look fake, incentivised, off-topic or abusive, says why and suggests a rejection reason. The review is held for approval before publication; someone on your team approves or rejects it. A negative opinion, a low rating or criticism of the store is never a finding on its own. |
| **Reply drafts** | Writes the first version of the seller reply in your brand's tone; your team reads, edits and sends it. It never asks the customer to change the review and never offers a discount. |
| **Topics and sentiment** | Finds whether each review mentions fit, quality, delivery, price or packaging positively or negatively. |
| **Translations** | Translates reviews that go live into your open channels' languages. The rating and the original text don't change; visitors can still see the original review. |
| **Review summaries** | Sums up the reviews of products with at least 10 reviews in a few sentences, covering negative reviews in proportion. |
